When To Feed Your Hamster? The best time to feed your hamsters is early in the evening, when they are just waking up and beginning their day. As hamsters are more active in the evening through to early morning is a great time to have fresh food and water available to them. Always Provide Clean Water For Your Hamsters If possible, don't use a bowl of water for your hamster. Get them a water bottle or a sipper tube. This way, your hamsters will not mess with the water and they can drink it whenever they want to. Make sure you change the water everyday to ensure the cleanliness of the water. If the water bottle is leak, change one quickly as this will makes the bedding wet and bacterial may tend to spread on the wet spot. |
